Meetings & Engagement

At IDAC, regular meetings serve as an important platform for planning, collaboration, fellowship, and collective decision-making. Executive Committee meetings are held fortnightly, while General Meetings take place monthly to keep members informed, engaged, and actively involved in the affairs of the Association.
During the summer months, our meetings are often held outdoors, combining productive discussions with barbecues, games, networking, and social activities that strengthen the bonds among members and their families. During the winter season, meetings are conducted virtually through Zoom or WhatsApp to ensure continuous participation and engagement.

Our meetings are centered on the growth and development of the Association, the welfare, safety, and security of our members, and meaningful contributions to both our local communities in Canada and our ancestral communities across Ijebuland.
